Do I have to pay for the medical care on a dog that had surgery?

No, CPR does not charge any more for that dog. We cover all of our expenses through adoption fees, merchandise sales, fundraising events, and private donations, and adoption fees are based strictly on the age of the dog, not the dog’s medical bills.

So far in 2024, 175 households have triggered nearly $4,800 in donations to Colorado Pug Rescue. The donations cost them nothing. They simply linked their King Soopers, City Market, or other Kroger loyalty card to Colorado Pug Rescue. A portion of the total transaction amount for every linked card is donated to us.
