This 6 year old purebred fawn male is a perfect example of pugness!  His shar-pei traits are clear in his scrunchie little face and he is SUCH a loveable little guy.  He is very friendly and happy all the time.  Sometimes he gets “happy hips” and his foster mom has to squirt him.  He has had 2 small mass cell tumors removed (grade 2) and that has been it.  He has a deep wrinkle over his nose that has to be gently wiped out to keep dry and will need more wiping as the weather starts to warm up again.  He has not displayed any food aggression and will play toy, but only with humans.  He wants to become part of your ankle and you can always find him near a set of legs.  Tommy grew up with another dog and gets along well with his companions in foster care.  He is used to having a doggie door and has never been in a crate.  He loves the car, the leash, kids, cats and anything else that comes his way.  Tommy does not hear very well but he knows some hand signals.  Tommy would do really well as an only dog or just one of the gang, but he deserves to have lots of love just because he is a pug!
