Tara Andrich, age 36, of Aurora, passed away June 17, 2008. She is survived by her mother Diane, father Terry, brother Jeffrey, paternal grandfather William, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Born in the area, Tara was a lifelong resident of the Denver community with brief absences for education. A Gateway High School graduate, Tara also graduated from the University of Miami with a major in Political Science. Remaining in the Miami area, she secured a Master’s Degree from Saint Thomas University in Sports Administration.

A lifelong sports fan, Tara completed an internship with the International Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs. She later worked in sales, entertainment and public relations areas for the Colorado Rockies.

Moving into the accounting arena, Tara was working for AIMCO at the time of her death.

When she died, Tara had been a volunteer foster parent for Colorado Pug Rescue for many years. She also contributed to Colorado Pug Rescue in many other ways, such as visiting the homes of prospective adopters and assisting with fund raising events. She will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her through her volunteer work with us.

In addition to friends and family, Tara is mourned by her beloved Pugs, Dwayne and Budda.
