Bring out those hidden Treasures  – Silent Auction!

Do you have any items or services you could donate? Our Silent Auction raises a significant portion of our proceeds and all goes toward veterinary care for relinquished pugs. Items don’t have to be dog-related, just in good condition. All donations are tax deductible, and we’ll even come and pick them up.  Please contact Lindsay for more information.

Yummy Yummy! – Bake Sale

Bake sale items may simply be brought to the Bake Sale booth the day of the event. Please contact Mary for more information or to sign up to donate bake sale items.

Wanted!  Event Day Volunteers

We need volunteers to transport Foster Pugs to and from the event, to help set up and tear down, and to help coordinate activities. Please contact Janine Fischer if you can help!

Wilbur Happy Ending
“Wilbur”, adopted July 20, 2012

Adoption Success Story

Remember “Wilbur” – he was featured as a Foster Pug of the Month” in the JUNE/JULY Newsletter.  His new mom writes “Wilbur is so happy in his forever home!  He is so well behaved and has adjusted quickly.  We are lucky to have him as part of the family!

Foster Pugs Of The Month

Jeff and Smutt
“Smutt” & “Jeff”
What a dynamic duo – “Smutt” and “Jeff” are a bonded pair of 5-year old brothers who were surrendered to Pug Rescue because their owner has a terminal illness. They have been well loved and cared for, are housebroken, like going for walks (which is part of “Smutt’s” weight-loss efforts), and snuggling.  They get along well with children, other dogs, and cats.  If you’d like  more information about this good-natured, affectionate pair, click Smutt & Jeff.

Sam Adams
“Sam Adams”

Hi!! My name is Samuel Adams, and I am a six-year-old male pug. Because I am blind, I need a little TLC (for example, I would prefer a home with minimal stairs for my safety). Although I can’t see, I do have my other senses and can learn fairly quickly to get around new surroundings. I LOVE, LOVE to be around people of all ages and other dogs. Probably fine with cats, too. I am an active, spunky guy and have lots of love to give to a patient adoptive family – could that be you?  Click on Sam Adams to learn more about me!
